Neu finned or smooth

Yea thats summer (the warmer part) right now it's about 65. It can climb up to about 80 in july but it only lasts a week or two. Anyway temps are no problem up here at all so if I have to run a smooth it wont overheat. I run lower rpm set ups (around 30-35,000 rpm's) and that makes a huge difference.
