No Nzcasmts! it's not.. selective choice of letters.. Though, it's not too selective.. Looking more and more random every day..

How did you came up with that name bytheway?

I love a nice thick slab of tuna broiled in a lemon juice seasoned with some Tony's. Or Grouper prepared the same way.
Then again, I love a big plate of crawfish etouffe'.

Ugh, got a bad stomach ache right now, had to have a cup of Maruchan ramen noodles while everyone else had meatloaf.....I actually missed it for once, but started feeling uneasy and had to leave the room.

I like food period. If I had to pick a favorite. I think I would go with some souther fried chicken with mashed tater and coleslaw. Nothing like about three piles of taters with gravy and 8 pieces of chicken with a bowl of clow slaw. I getting hungery now.

Peace!

Funny, a few years back I managed Mortons of Chicago the Steakhouse. At the beginning and ending of each shift I would have to count the lobsters, steak and shrimp. At any given time I could have told you exactly how many of each I had on hand. What a pain in the a.. but gotta keep Both Eyes on the shrinkage. Basic management control cost drive sales. Uhh our prime rib was to die for, what a slab of decadence!
