I did a bit of research and found the kyosho leaning rider ones for very cheap. Big question here is how hard are parts to get? I found one site with a wealth of hop-ups for it, but how easily would a bike break? Are there any other good ones for under $150-200?? Thanks...Sry for the thread jacking lol

I've got a new bright ski doo snobile, it's 36 inches long. Has a 540 and a 32 pitch drive gear stock. There's a few builds on it at rcu if you google it. It would be awesome with an xl-5 system.

Well you can get the kit for about $60 and then you will have to get bearings, and esc, a radio and reviever and a battery. And that is just to get it going. For all that money you could have a much better RC motorcycle the GPV-1. In all honesty if you want the Kyosho it is a great bike once you hop it up and replace all the parts that will break on you first run. In the long the the Kyosho is going to be 5 times the price, i'm just speaking from experience. As far as other bikes i'm not sure of any others at the moment.

well, i already have a radio and reciever, i'll probably get a mamba micro sidewinder pro ($110) and a micro servo ($15-$20) and then what else do i need to upgrade? Should i just look into getting this Venom bike? I'd like to keep under $200, but off of ebay too.

The receiver will have to be really small for these bikes just an fyi. Besides a esc a 1/18th size battery pack too. I think the Venom is hard to beat for what you get and the quality of the bike.

Check out RCGroup's motorcycle section...
GPV-1 was awaited for a LONG time... Now it's everywhere!

Glad to hear it arrived for you..
http://www.rcgroups.com/motorcycles-183/

You may want to move the ESC, and put more fasteners on the RX...
RX arrived falling out when it arrived..
