aha yes i just noticed a 7 back there, got more pics.... so taht means i have a 1930/7 12D 4S....?

your motor is done up in s fashion. So like the motor is it is 12 t motor.

I would not be scared to run 14 cells on it and gearing 16 66. I ran a 12 51 strobe with 1/8 buggy diffs with no heat problems. Are you going to run strobe slipper with mod 1 gears or 32 pitch.

the slipper is the one with the blue aluminium slipper pads... robinson if i remeber right.... correct?

OK well listen this is what im gonna go.

Run my 1930/7 with 17/72 gearing and 18120 controller with 12 gp3300 in series with a y adapter in series and a separate 5 volt 5 cell 1100 nimh pack for my servos.

Should i run the slipper really tight or loose?

If that works, i just hop in the 16 GP 3300's no problems?

with the set up on back of the motor you are accually running a 1930 12 turn. the gearing seems to be right. It should take the 16 cells as well. I would keep and eye on the temps. As far as slipper I would run it tight.

ok thanks again for ur help mr.laptop penguin :p damn its late here 2 am :/ Anyway will hopefully manage to get it running this weekend. Stupid chargers in england mean i have to charge my GP's at 3 amps. :W:

OK coolhand i finally got the y-adapter done now. IM sorry im so late but its just i have less time than expected. Im gonna run it today or tomorow. I have some pics of the wiring ect. and i want to make sure its all correct.
