Electrons dont move better with higher temps, its quite the opposite, but thats another story.
We use these

to warm up lipos to about 100 F in the winter time for outdoor racing. A lipo at 40-50 F will not put out any real punch until it warms up. They are very slow for a couple laps unless preheated.
