Wisconsin law also states that any 4wheeled vehicle must have seat belts. The 3wheelers dont because there concidered a cycle.

We use to have one of the 3 wheeled ones (I think it was infact a Harley) and I somehow managed to tip it over a couple times. It was actually pretty easy. It was always in grass and when the the sides would hit, it would dig in and flip. It was pretty funny till I ripped the roof off it.

Oh don't worry, if its got wheels, I've tipped it. 4-wheeler, 3-wheeler, golf cart (3 and 4 wheel), even my go-cart I use to have.
