I wish the g-maxx chassis (any version) was titanium. The black bird is a really light chassis lighter than the predator but definatly not as ridged. I guess you cant have it all. Its a rare setup to say the least but never really took off. Probably because you have to rob a set of thunder chassis braces for use with the chassis.

Oh yea, man...titanium G-Maxx chassis would be sweet! I guess you could have a machine shop mill one for you, but that would cost you an arm and both legs!

I wonder where I could get some titanium 2mm plate fairly cheap. I think , laser or high pressure water jets could make the cuts just fine. Not to mention a good press to make the side bends for added rigidity.

I buy my carbon-fiber on eBay, but get my aluminum and titanium from a local metal distributor here in town, so maybe look in your local directory for like a metal place, fabrication place, welding shop or supplies place, or maybe even a recycling place.

wow. wowee wow wow. WOW!!! I've spent thousands over the years on maxxes and have built dozens, but that there is the finest collection I've seen. It even beats plettenbergs and JERRY2KONEs collections. I've only got 4 maxxes at the moment, I feel inferior
