PS: Glad they changed the 4 small 220uF capacitors on prototype revision to 3 bigger ones.
I would like to actually find the source that makes them. There are a couple places I think makes it, but not sure. Every ESC I've seen looks a bit different. I would love to get something special done, but can't really trust the places I know in Asia, but the ones I know, I can always have them change a few settings here and there.

I used to have a bl-esc with a basic car program from a manufacturer in shenzhen, together with a comfy black programming-box (but the linear bec grilled the esc on 5s). just can't remember their name, last time I visited their HP they had some new esc's, and I think they're the manufacturer of those http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbycity/s...pgrade_version)

anyways, when searching on alibaba, you find the manufacturer of the above ezrun-clone.

I really apprecciate the increasing choice of bl car esc's.

(edit: wrong link)

6S...bah... For $50 I'd rather get the MMM unit I know to work great and be well supported rather some chinese knockoff mystery esc.

I want to see some options for some HV apps. I want to see a 120a/12S+ esc. CC doesn't have any interest in making them for cars anytime soon, and any other options are limited.

They should know there's a lot of interest in such ESC. Patrick did say a HV ICE (160A) and maybe a 200A 8S ICE for cars will be coming soon.

sorry, I'm bad in names, I've ment "george", I think he's the guy from scorpion systems. Didn't they have plans for a car esc?

At least they have a 50v 12s 130a esc for about 260 usd, might be interresting for 1/5 conversions.

Yes, I have the 6S version of it. It needs a bit of more work and I really don't know when he'll do them. I haven't heard from him if and when he'll do a HV version for the car market.

Here is the thread:

I was going to guinea pig this one for my revo 3.3 conversion, there was 11 of em left and I was about to click pay now until I found a used MMM for $110. Money is tight and I would rather go with something that *has* a chance of surviving instead of a brand new esc that no one has any clue about. I will probably get one sooner or later though.

They are sold out now... Anyone get one?

Any updates on this? Need a budget ESC for 4S 1/8 buggy application on Tekin 1900 motor(or lower, sensored use) or Medusa 36-60 1800kV or Castle 1512 1800kV.

Or anyone got a spare MMM?

I'm going to be buying one of these soon to run in my E-Revo as I want to move my XeRun 150A to my CR conversion I am doing, so if no one else has one by then I'll try and write up a little report on what I think of it.
