I dont mind the questions so much, just dont like being hassled while Im driving- especially when a small croud gathers infront of you so you cant see the truck hardly.. that erks me somewhat. 'Can I have a go?' & 'how much did it cost > thats a lot of money for a toy car' comments I dont like though; will be saying 'stfu and get back in the kitchen' to the next stuck up female tourist that feels the urge to say something as they walk past one of the days...

You take for granted that most of us have spent years learning what we know, you can't expect others to know it all. IMO the best thing to do is be helpful and informative, you can't tell me taking 5-10 min. of your time to answer a few questions is that painful...
Its not the questions that bother me, its the frequency of which they are asked. A person can only hear the same questions over and over and over again before getting irritated by it. And the question "is that fun?" I mean really? REALLY? Is that a real question? Is that a smartass question? Or are you just a little wetodded? I still laugh at that one though.

Built Ford tough, with Chevy stuff.

The glove that I saw was not the two handed kind. It actaully looked more like and oversized oven mit. I got some thin REI gloves but like you said you have to wear them all the time to get your feel of the throttle. Just 1mm of material on your finger is the same distance on the controller that changes it from sitting still to the rocket launched the shins. lol

I like the questions. Hell I have been known to turn around and walk the person(s) back to thier car or thier house. Just to give them answers to all the questions they might have but are affraid to ask. Women tend to walk at a brisk pace but you can cover a lot of topics if you talk fast. I rarely get asked any additional questions from those folks. Really, just a little extra effort goes a long ways fellows. However, I have had questions from person(s) that reside at the same house when I am walking away. They never seem to be rc related though.
