Center diff in my G2R maxx

recieved the universal cd/motormount 2nd edition, and it looks beefy and well made. here is a couple of mock-up shots

Very nice. I've been considering buying a universal CD mount from Mike for my Emaxx.

And does anyone know of some good, very long wheel wideners for E-maxx that are very sturdy? I don't want to use the Integy 23mm ones.

You could also use these:

But you'd need a sleeve over the axle to take up the slack- 6mm axle vs ~8mm inside diameter of the extension.

If you were using the teknorc knuckles with the 8mm axle option, they would be a direct fit...

I suppose you could just use the optional stub-axles, but then you'd have to find some odd sized outer bearings to suit the stock knuckles.

stock is 6x12x5, you'd need 8x12x5- a quick google does turn up some results so it is a possibility...

You truck looks amazing, The gorillamaxx trucks handle great with cd mounts. I did mine a little different i wanted the motor to sit down a little more so i mounted it more towards the front.

Actually I like yours positioning better, is there romm for an ESC behind the motor? or will it require the monoblock ext.?

Easily enough room for the esc, unless you had a massive long motor like a neu 1527. Compare this similar build:

The 1515 sized motor stops where the rear-upper chassis plate begins, so plenty of room on a maxx-based truck.
