Yes it could be possible, but make sure that you dont over do it okay.

Now this is something I've never tried to tell the truth. You could ask the pros if you like.

Just an Y-harness, I think. Or cut the wires and solder them yourself!
Same as with servos, but I never tried it myself on ESC's.

Going from 22mph to dual HV is a bit reckless. Start with singular setup first and spend a while with it before going to dual HV.
