@re-mix, okay, but it is not that they are not as high in quality/performance.

You could consider using GP2200's if you want to add more cells.

If you really want to try around 8-9 cells should the event ever come up, you could probably drill two holes and mount a gorillamaxx battery strap.

Question CONFUSED - 07.15.2005, 09:37 AM

more questions about my setup:C: ...too much to learn...or asking too many questions rather than getting on and enojying my trucks? who knows. :P:

matched vs. unmatched. Is there really much difference in non race conditions (general use causeing havoc with the neighbours and low level racing)?

for instance trinity evo 3 Gp 3300 cells vs. matched cells

matched cells are superior, but don't let them kill you're wallet. Try getting two or three decent 3700/3800 packs and you should be good. Promatch batteries have a 3 for a lowered price deal and are good, also Mike here could get you the evo 3 unmatched or ib3800 cells.

Question speed - 07.16.2005, 10:00 AM

Hey Re~mix,

Quote:
I run 6 cells, and I find the acceleration to be unbelievable and the speed to be adequate.
What do you mean by adequate? fast enough for typical use?

Just trying to decided between 6-7 cells, I want fun, not mayhem if that helps.

I want to make sure before I buy a couple of sets of batteries, thats all.
