Stock Market Game

Hello everyone,

Little story first.

A friend of mine wanted to become a day trader. He asked me if I could help him as I used to be a stock broker. So I asked him if he knew anything about buying and selling stocks, well he didn't. I didn't go into the details so I set up a game for the both of us to play. Now, I waited for the perfect timing as the stocks were on a free fall (Did a little research on past down market). We decided to use $1,000,000.00 to start with. So I went on to buy some stock and didn't much care which one it was and he went on to buy what ever he thought was good. A few other people joined as well. At one point I was in last place with less then $450,000.00 and they were all making fun of me, but being patient in a down market is crucial so I waited. Now my friend is in last place and everybody seemed to have lost interest in the game . Little do they know, things have gotten a little better now. I went from less then $450,000.00 to over $7,000,000.00 in less then a year . If anyone wants to join the game here is the site:

It's me. Just thought I woud let more people know as most of the ones playing the game is not active. Join and have fun.

I used to be a stock broker before 9/11. After 9/11, I decided to stick with just electronic components.

Yes. Only downside are a few bugs from time to time and a 15 minutes delay. Join up, who knows you or someone else will surpass me.

I forgot to mention, don't mind my Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc stocks, I'm going to get the most shares I can just for the hell of it . I'm also the proud owner of 10 BRK.A shares (Bought each share for $100,350.00) .

It's case sensitive so it has to be exactly as you see it above.

Edit: I just typed in Brasilian where it asked to and it went straight to the game.

No, it's the games login . I hope to see more people join soon. Maybe someone is very knowledgeable about the stock market nowadays.

Hey I found it and "joined' but when I click "make a trade" it says I'm not playing in any games. ???

cheesecake has joined. If you have done everything correct, there should be 11 players in the game.
