Does BK have anything that can handle 12 Cells LiPo....

I really would rather get a Bk than a schulze 40.160WK....

only thing I hate about the 40.160WK is you have to use more than 10 cells nIMH.... it's also too bad that the 36120/36150 have an rpm limiter...

I thought the new micro controllers didn't have this limit. You talking the 42000 limit. That is what I didn't like either. IT was in another thread around here.

The 3695 can be ordered without the rpm limit, but the 120 amp and above still have the limit. This rpm limit isn't the end of the world, either. With the appropriate motor selection to avoid exceeding this limit, these high cell count controllers are a thing of beauty. I ran a 30/150(36150 now) and it was VERY smooth and controllable.

No, the controller simple isn't capable of ginving an higher RPM to the motor, due to the lower working frequency. It simple isn't possible. Nothing happens, it ain't gonna happen.. No beeps, just no > 42000rpm.. (perhaps a few rpm more, but that's it)

Cool... Maybe it is better to run lower rpms and more torque... just higher gearing.. everything will stay cool.. :)

I got the 36 120 on order. It says that you can run with lipo. Can I program it in the controller like the mgm for lipos or do I need a warning buzzer or something?

Well, BK says that the Warrior controllers can be used with Lipo, but that doesn't mean that they have the cutoff (which they don't). So, if the Micro controllers are like that, then they won't have the cutoff.

No, they don't have got a cut off, it can be ran with lipo's, you need some kind of an alarm to warn you for the low voltage.

Okay. Just making sure. I started to order up some lipos. The 36 120 should handle how many lipos?

It should handle 11s safely. That would be 40.7v nominal, and 46.6v fully charged. 36 NiMh cells would be 43.2v nominal and ~48v after being charged (depending on how soon they are used after being charged).
