if you subtract the price of the mamba monster from the castle combo, the castle neu comes out to be about $130 which isnt bad at all

Best place I know of to buy it. And as an added bonus you get a great forum like this to help answer questions as you get into your build.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

The 80mm Medusa motors will fit. They will be in the store once they start shipping. The place jhautz linked to is the best place to buy the FLM conversion kit.

check the stuff in the red and blue boxes - the o-rings dont fit any of the outdrives, so not sure what they are other than all of the o-rings are for the battery hold-down?

dan i would hope you figured out where the drive shaft goes
The big o rings are for the battery hold down, small for the outdrives.
You are correct on the stock shock mountings.
the shims and 2 spacers i am not sure because i never used the LST shocks.
In the blue, the washer is a spare, The other 2 mounts are used to hold the skid plate on. (you may have got extras it you already used all the holes.)

I fly, I drive, but most of all I crash.
