My D8T weighs in at 10.4lbs. Not sure how accurate the scale is but that's pretty close to what I think it weighs.

Setup:

Tekin RX8/T8 1700kv
Neu 5s 5000 SP packs (heavy)
7955 servo
Badlands on VTRs (also heavy compared to racing tires)
Mike's conversion with Losi battery tray

Overall a fun setup. I like the truck a lot and doubt I'll change it much. I really like the strength of the components with the exception of the plastic center diff plate, which is getting replaced with one of Mike's D8 plates. If I dropped some of the plastic, the badlands, and went to some lighter batts, I could have it at my normal truggy race weight of about 9.3lbs.

Mines strictly a basher and it's fat pig.

With body,5s 40C 3300mah and basher tires 11.4lbs
A lot of extra weight is due to the "tiny" 1520

I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.
