If you're into the whole rooting deal with the android phones you might want to check out the fresh 2.0 rom (android 2.1 themed wireless tether etc. etc.). I put this rom on my gf's hero and it made a world of difference from stock.

I also have a droid that's rooted, overclocked.. the works, lol. My brother with his silly iPhone 3gs simply stares with envy.

its on 6.5, and there's talk of Windows 7 coming out, and the hd2 is only one of the.few that meets the requirements of the os
