Thats a clean layout. I was wondering if a ESC would fit if you take out the RX box

Looks like a sick buggy!

Actually, that does look pretty good. Only problem is the Rx is a bit exposed.

Countersinking isn't that hard though if you have access to a decent drill. You just need a countersinking drill bit and a drill bit of whatever size you need the hole to be.

Weight w/o battery, (but with the rest of the electrics) is about 2900g.

No, I haven't bothered, and it has turned out to be pretty tough so far.

I would change the diff and shock oils to something you know, as the instructions don't indicate the oils used. I'm running 5000,5000,3000 in the diffs and it handles really well. I don't know the oil in the shocks as they came pre-built on mine (must have been built for display maybe).

Good to see they will be popular.

I thought they would be pre built too. The one I saw on ebay way. This one I got from ofna on there auction site. I was happy to see that it came with crimefighters though.

would of been nice to have a manual that doesn't have nitro stuff in it though.

At least you got some decent tyres! The ones I got are of no use to man, beast or cucumber!

Yeah, I know. Though the electric bits are quite easy to suss out, and I suppose none of the conversion bits normally available have manuals anyway so it's not that bad. Though I have no idea what the part numbers are for the electric bits.

what parts other than electric specific ones (chassis, etc) appear to have been changed from the nitro kit to the electric one? Looks like the wing is different.

None, the suspension is the same, and the wing is the same, just a different colour.

Nope. Not that I found anyway. Hopefully Gixxer can chip in on this as he got a newer one than I did.

Yes, they are machined aluminium, and hard anodised in that earthy-brown colour that Hong Nors (Jammins) have.

Unfortunately not, as I have seemed to have lost my camara, I'm sure again Gixxer can deliver the goods.

I am suprised there hasn't be much talk on ofnas boards. I thought there would have been more.

In the manual, they don't include a part specific sheet so you can order spares?

Also, can you confirm if the steering knuckles are metal? if so, hard anodized? Can really tell from all the pics since they have wheels on.
