Haven't tested my tekno kit because of my broken RX8. I recieved my esc yesterday and soon i'm going to the track to compare both setups. Position for ESC on my "RC monster style" setup was not bad. If you use a RX8 make shure you put some foam underneed it.

Hi Brushlessracer,

I saw that you're racing 1:8 brushless set-ups, and that you live in Sittard. This event might interest you: http://www.rcbigscaleforum.nl/forum/...?f=27&p=208486
It's not that far away from Sittard... Hopefully I've got time left and I can go the 15th of November. (I'll only watch, as I haven't got transponder) And I'm planning to practice the 2nd of January there and maybe race on the 3rd of January. (If I get a transponder lol)

Well, I might see you/your car there!

Hmm, looks good! Finally brushless races are coming here in the Netherlands/Belgium/Germany

I didn't know that site, I'll look around on it. Do you maybe know some other sites which are brushless related and Dutch?

Now finished with the Tekno Conversion

Also tested my recently repaired RX8 with this setup and it works great, even after a few batt's...

No, But you can build a compleate AE RC8 center diff with a plastic spur & it will fit into the stock Mugen center diff mount. I've also used a compleate Kyosho Inferno center diff with Kyosho plastic spur but this is about 2mm to long to fit into the stock mugen mounts so mods are required.

You may try squeezing the throttle a little slower, too. I use 7/10/2 - if I grab instant full throttle the tires balloon, but when I drive in control, the setup works wonderfully. :)
