A few pictures. The tractor served as the driver stand, along with the cinder blocks seen in the pictures. :)

Not the greatest quality(video and driving), but attached is a link to a 4 minute video of me putting down some laps on the new track. The perspective changes a few times throughout the video(video is running while camera guy is running to different areas during the video). :)

This one is from the perspective of the driver(and has less direct sunlight)

First I thought "Wow, really nice track!".
Then I saw the house in the background

That is really sweet Mike...especially for a house track.

Rusty indeed - I have had more track time in the last 2 days during my lunch break and in the early evening than I have had in the last 2 years. I can slowly start to see my skills coming back, but still a ways to go before I am as good as I used to be. I should be "top of the A-Main" material again by the end of the summer I hope. It will be nice to go to a race with a firm grasp of my cars, though - hasn't been the case in a few years.

I am having a blat on the track - it turned out really great - better than I expected and better than many tracks I have been to. Small in size perhaps, but the fairly narrow lanes and busy , technical layout make for upper 20 second "fast" lap times and low 30s my current average. I should be able to clip off 25 second laps in a month or so with any luck. :)

Hey Mike, good to see your new track, it looks sweet.

and its comforting to know im not the only one not to get any track time in the last couple of years either

HOLY CRAP. Now that is one sweet looking track setup. That track must take a lot of work to get it looking so clean and having the white sand in the gaps is great for a one weekend event, but it would never stay that nice. Still that is an awsome looking track. Must have been a lto of fun to play on. Very cool.

I wish I could make the time to go racing, it looks like fun.

The on/off throttle that Mike was doing, is that from being out of practice? I thought that was more of a nitro thing
