Nah, It would have corn in it.
If it was _paralyzed_ it would have prophylactic's
I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.

I meant 100 rcs, I have owned more than that overall, but I did have 100 working rc cars/trucks/boats at one time. Way too many... Down to 20 or so right now.

Shesh, I'm still struggling on upkeep now that I'm down to 10 but I run most of mine on the track pretty regular not in front of my shop tooling around and jumping speed bumps

Sorry to bring this up from the dead, but did you guys see this over at URC? Looks like the crew over at MA has sunk to a new low. http://www.ultimaterc.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=139612

Yeah, saw this a week or so ago- the video has been up & down like a yo-yo; last I checked it was now private. More interesting is that it was taken down by youtube due to a 'trademark infringement'- seems like that scumbag Austin will happily sink as low as he can go to prevent people sharing honest reviews and evaluations of his crappy products. Where's Anon when you need them eh?...

What did we expect? -
02.03.2012, 04:08 AM
What did any of us expect from them? This has been going on for quite some time now with MA as far as poor performance, shady advertising, and extremely unprofessional business practices and customer support. They can say whatever they want in efforts to defend what they do, but at the end of the day they should be ashamed of themselves, and anyone who still purchases their battery packs and believes that they are as good as the rest of the competition hence worth the extra cost deserves exactly what they pay for. Disapointment and frustration. What gripes my A$$ in this is that the R/C magazines still advertise them as if they are at the top of the food chain for battery performance. Just another example of the "Good Old Boy" system and how some will still lay down beside sleeping dogs with fleas without feeling that they are compromising their integrity. Shameful, just plain shameful.

This is sad for sure, even for MA.. I made the mistake of buying one pack yrs ago and have not bought another since. I would buy 6 cheap Chinese batts before I would buy one from them.

It appears freedom of speech works only one way. MA can state whatever fantastical rating that pops into their head and it's "ok", but if someone else has something truthful in response and can back it up, then that's not ok. Bah, someday everyone will eventually see the light and MA will get what's coming to them. Karma.
Until then, people will keep being taken in by ads in mags and MA ads...
