I would agree. 1410 is a great motor and a lower kv will make it even better.


I was trying to see where a 1408 would end up size wise anyway. The 1406 is 50mm long while the 1410 is 52mm. I can't imagine a 1408 would really be necessary.

It would go in the 1406 can. Just a longer stator for lower Kv.

You have been so gracious sharing all this with us!

I have a question. How about a can that is not anodized? Perhaps just Castle anodized on it? Green doesn't always fit my build color scheme but silver or black would be a nice option.

Looks like the MMP is getting an update too. Will be the Mamba X, waterproof 1:10 scale with the AUX wire.

Patrick, if you need a beta tester, I'll volunteer my services with a good write up

I would like to see a lightweight (max 160gr) 1406 sensored with around 3000KV
maybe a 1404 ....

Right now I believe we are waiting for samples of a 2300kV and a 2800kV 1406 motor.
