just came across my first problem. The holes for the screws that hold the shifting servo are backwards, so i have to screw a screw from the bottom of the chassis through to the top then use a nut to hold down the servo, same with the reciever. its not really a problem lol. the chassis is so shinny :)

Is it possible to fit four 6 or 7 cells batteries packs in it?

your supposed to be able to, two on the top of the chassis and two on the bottom. They would have to be side by side packs though.

Hey, guys. The hybrid bulks, do the front and back bulks come together for $150 or is the price for one bulk only?

I like to know what people are doing on the new flm chassis to insulate the batteries from the chassis.

Peace!

Coolhand - what do you think of the new FLM chassis? Compared to a Gorilla maybe?

I heard they are weak, can you confirm.

what is weak the flm or gorilla? To me I think it is stronger than the gorilla. You can not bend the bare chassis plate with out the braces. I like some of the features. I not crazy about the battery hold downs and such. I think it could be better designed when it come to that. It is a good chassis over all. It has not bent nothing but bumper when I hit a house. :D

Peace!

You can actually insulate the batteries by using heat shrink tubing on each cell. This way you will keep the chassis looking good and avoid shortening as well.

Looks good but those straps just look awful.

Is there no way of fixing Gorilla straps on? I see a hole at the end of the battery, can't you just put a bolt/nut in there fastening the Gorilla strap on?
