both was on dirt larry. The batteries was never charged between videos. I was bumping the lvc. Oh well. I had fun. I am still debating on going 10s for lighter weight. It just seems so heavy.

What you think it weighs leroy.. 18+lbs.. ;)

Maybe you should try 10s lipo for one run and see how you like it.

The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

That is a good bit of weight on that GTX2 leroy! Give 10s a try!

Very nice Leroy! It's coming along nicely. Did you get the spur issue resolved? I think 10s would work good. It may even be atad more dependable with a tad LESS voltage. But the power of 12s looks so good! :)

UPDATE:
Was out testing new stuff.
Only had 9s limn on truck at time.
The esc issue started to worsen.
Had no mid range what so ever. It was either slo or wide freakin open.
Was about ready to quit when truck stopped.
Small puff come from esc. The more smoke started coming from motor.
From what I can tell my bk and lmt motor is now junk.
Project hi voltage is on back burner for now.
Maybe come 6s truck.

9s, wow. That would be nice, if it would work.... sounds like MGM's are chain smokers. :005:

Sorry to hear that, high voltage should be quite easy on stuff usually, apparently not.

I would really stay on top of BK. I had to constantly email them. They tried to blame the dealer, I then told them that the dealer has done everything he could to fix the issue with no resolve as well. I talked to a superviser at BK at this point and they SAID they are going to replace the esc, but we will see if I ever receive it! Can we say SCHULTZ!

Do they still make that Shulze maxx esc? It looked like a MM. i think it was 100 amp or more, was that thing ever any good?

What about using the Kontronik Power 63V? It is very well built, they even claim it's indestructible. :027:

Power Jazz has no proportional braking.

I'm going to be running a Jazz 55-10-32 on my 10S X1CR...

The main problem with high voltage is the lack of a reputably good car controller. :(

I still got a schulze 18.97kwf. It was a good esc and still going.
It is a few years old now. But it won't go as hi on volts.
