problem with parts RRP

I does not know if it is the place for poster that but good I am French and I have one can of evil English :010: I comes to present my concern to you on one limps of Tmaxx 3.3 with pinions RRP I broke the pinion of 2nd gear http://www.unlimitedengineering.com/...MAGE_00132.jpg as well as the pawl and a bearing http://www.unlimitedengineering.com/...129_138012.jpg and I machined the pinion 2nd input gear http://www.unlimitedengineering.com/...7/0/ataque.JPG I mailé on several occasions RRP without answers and more answers of the salesman at which I bought them, somebody would have it already seen that??? Seems like bad mesh. (The too gears did not have the correct distance between them).

but the concern it is that for 2 weeks, I have not still had answers of RRP then I post one can to see everywhere whether other people had the same concern and aparement their new parts have was reinforced thank you peut etre mais le souci il est que cela fait 2 semaines, je n'ai toujours pas eu de réponses de RRP alors je poste un peut partout pour voir si d'autres personnes ont eu le même souci et aparement leurs nouvelles pieces ont était renforcé merci ;) |
Oh, sorry. Have you tried contacting them by phone? Have you tried their forum if they have one?

ok,i'me friend of gilou and he has asked me to correct his post,
he has a probleme with his full rrp maxx tranny,as you can see in the pics,one gear is broken : the gear of the second gspeed,in the second pic,you can see the pieces of the broken gear. in the 2 last pices,you can see the 2nde speed input gear who is abnormally worn. he has tried to contact rrp but they don't answer to his mails,he has contacted teknorc(the shop where he has bought them) and they don't answer too:035: he is running on a supermaxx and his motor is an lrp z28r spec 3:o he want to know if someone have already seen something like this,but we though that's a manufacture defect:002: thanks for your answers:027: |
rrp has not been easy for me to contact either. they must not want our money.
