problem with parts RRP

I does not know if it is the place for poster that but good I am French and I have one can of evil English :010:

I comes to present my concern to you on one limps of Tmaxx 3.3 with pinions RRP
I broke the pinion of 2nd gear

as well as the pawl and a bearing

and I machined the pinion 2nd input gear


I mailé on several occasions RRP without answers and more answers of the salesman at which I bought them, somebody would have it already seen that???
I use a raport std and a LRPZ28R spec3 on a supermaxx
