It's a steering from a savage (golden horizons #02042) had to do alot of work to get it in there not something that would not be able to go in reg E-maxx. The metal peice on top is hollowed out.

you could really buy both a lath and a mill for about $1000 but all the extra's that you need will cost you ie. mill vise, end mills, parallels rounding bit........... and thats just for the mill.
