The aluminum chassis in the picture (for example, not actually size was from a prior build) is going to be Carbon Fiber that gets sandwich between the aluminum braces and a titanium e-maxx skid plate. It goes all the way to the e rear with no skid plate. I only used the front skid plate to keep the kick up.
The top plates starting from the back of the truck are going to be C.F. Also . It will get bolted to the top of the e-maxx bulkhead and stop at the 90 on the rear brace. The middle is pictured but does need to be trimmed to length. The front plate will be as wide as the gearbox and will taper in to the front bulkhead. The servo will be mounted to this plate upside down and parallel to the drive shaft b. This is why I need a 90 degree servo saver . I was torn with using the factory e-maxx steering set up so I do have a plan B coming in the mail.
All that being said, understand this was an E-MAXX I bought used for a $100 to tinker with. Somewhere it went horrible wide right. I have trouble find boundaries when to stop.
