why not put 2 fans in series? twice the airflow, and the same power usage as 1 fan and an equal resistance resistor in series.... just a thought for you!

....And the slower the motor spins, the smaller the 'back emf', so the less easy it is for the controller to detect the rotors position - hence cogging at low speeds.

Unlikely. The stock TQ3 reciever is 27MHz AM. Most aftermarket radio systems will be either 40MHz or 75MHz, and the spektrum's are 2.4GHz. Plus any aftermarket radio system worth buying will work on...

DX3 is great for $250, but RcBro's asked for a 2 channel radio in the $100-$200 range. Therefore surely it makes sense that the DX2 would be a better option than the DX3........as its only 2 channel...

I think I saw a prototype version of these a while ago. The quality of machining looks pretty good for the price, but unless they're teflon coated I doubt they'll last too long against steel idler...

Yeah, any Hitec or JR servo will be good. If your on a budget the BMS servo's can also be quite nice. Still, the 645MG should be able to move your tires with relative ease.
