The fan should only be on for a few sec when armed, then off until temps hit 140f. i had this happen to me when the throttle channel was reversed, check and c if that is the case.

they are too long at 111mm , i got the turnigy 2s 2200 20c they are 105mm long and they barely fit inside the mini revo.
