6s esc limits your options to a handful of controllers- Quark, MGM, Jazz maybe, or the MMM, unless you can live with a forwards only + mech brake setup = airplane escs at your disposal.

I think a lower kv like about 1500-1700 for 6s, then with those larger Neu 1521 motors you will have greater torque for higher gearing, and speeds easily in excess of 40mph+, with cooler temps and longer runtimes to boot.

The battery you have is a 6s item I take it?
