Did the rotor get replaced as well?
The new front end cap doesn't change the bearing housing dimensions or tolerances.

Yes, I replaced the Rotor with another one I got from Castle, I dont think it was a new one. (see the thread about it).

The bearing failed again after ~1 month.
I have so many issues with this motor: Rotor failure and Bearing failure X2.
I don't think its an issue with the setup, I'm running 4S geared to ~35mph.
only running at my local track 2 hours a week.
