not too happy :(

well after my MMM failed ( V2) , i sent it in and just got off the phone with castle and they are going to send me a V3 , but they are out .... so its gona be 3weeks till they get some :( there goes the rest of my indoor season
, is this a common thing for castle to take so long ? i realy hope not , i realy like there stuff but im on the line about customer service
