Obviously the cheaper route is to covert the 9.5 in terms of cost. I already own it, and the parts from Mike would be in the $75-$80 range (battery tray + mount).
Durability wise this has always been one of the heaviest buggies I think I've ever seen, its tougher than anything else I've ever driven. But the weight is a big drawback. Its the Pillowball suspension model and has always done exceptionally well handling the rough stuff.
The other option is to buy the Nexx8 (really like the saddle pack layout). And it uses essentially Jammin parts so it'll share stuff with the truggy. Its also lighter, and much better handling than the MBX 9.5 would be. But there is the $250 expense of purchasing it compared to simply converting the 9.5.
Decisions? Anyone care to weigh in?
Don't have many pics of it, but this is the 9.5 Pro page on OFNA.com.
