Losi 8ight-t Diff

So I was working on my conversion last night and I put the Kyosho gear on and my mount and I was working on putting all back together and when I tighten the bolt from the chassis to the diff mounts it makes the spur gear rub... I couldn't tell exactly where but I played with for 30 min and gave up and went to bed.. What could I be doing wrong here? if I leave the top and bottom mount it does rub but as soon as I tighten it I can hear/feel it..
