Does this look brand new?

I just picked this up from a guy on rctech who stated it was brand new.

And here's some of the things I saw on the Tx when I got it:

Not too bad, but the corner shouldn't be skinned if it's new.


WTF is this stuff on it? At least he could have cleaned if he was trying to pass it off as new.


More scratches from obvious use.


And the best part...a damn burn mark on the top edge corner. How the F can you tell me it's new when it's got a F'ing burn on it?


I did power it up and test it out. It's obvious it's been used before. The settings have all been changed and you can easily see in the pics above there's no way it hasn't been used.

I haven't PM'ed the guy yet to let him know I'm pissed, but the dude has to know whoever he sold it to would realize it's not brand new.

I'm more pissed about being lied to than anything. I wouldn't have bought it had I known it wasn't new.
