In a truggy, a mm is pushing it IMO due to the weight of the vehicle, but, if you insist, On 4s, you will need...
1. a bec of some sort...

In order to run this bec properly, you will need to disconnect the
RED wire from your esc plug that plugs into the rx...
DON'T cut the wire, just remove it
2. A cap soldered on to the leads on the board will also help...
http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...=35vcap&cat=21 The one w/the short wire leads is easier to work w/IMO
3. A fan would not hurt either....

I would really consider a bigger esc than a mm for a truggy....you can get away w/it in a buggy, but a truggy is a bit much IMO
