If you keep it around 40,000 rpm you are pretty good. It is rated for more though. I am thinking 80,000 or something but not sure. It wouldn't be a good thing to push it that hard.

the motors are "rated" to 80000 rpms. I wouldn't make a habit of pushing it this hard, though. As Leroy said, 40k is a good place to be for daily use. A hard stab of the brakes on a heavy vehicle from 80k rpms will likely cause some damage to the motor!
