IB3800's stutters

It did this with my Titans after awhile, then my hv maxx, and now my 9920/10xl set up. it generally takes some time but they start to make everything stutter real bad. If i take it easy on the throttle, it does it very little, but when i'm coasting and then drop the hammer, it bogs totally out. Could my connectors be bad? I checked for loose connection and con't find one. it's FRUSTATING!! I can't jsut get up and GO, unless i'm already worked my way up a little! Anyone know what's going on?
