SHOULD be common sense that the CEO of any company (nevermind Sony) does not actually take pleasure in seeing his company lose millions of dollars. I applaud him for trying to laugh it off. The only people who are offended by his attitude toward the incident are the ones who couldn't find anything better to do for the month that their
FREE ONLINE GAMEPLAY was down. FFS people... ~~FREE~~. ONLINE. GAMEPLAY. Sony even gave every single registered user tons of free content (including FULL GAMES) when the system came back online.
