NEU Motors meaning - 08.06.2008, 01:15 PM

Hi Guys,

Just a quick question, you all know those NEU motors from castlecreations I think. ( www.castlecreations.com )
Just a example, the 1515/2.5D NEU motor, what does all that stuff mean? 1515 is the size of the motor, but which size? The diameter of the motor? 1,515 inches or something?
And what does the 2.5D means?

Ty in advance!

Can anyone confirm that it is length of rotor or motor?

it`s inches actually...

the first number is the diameter of the motor [actually the 'class' rather than an accurate diameter size], the second is the length of the rotor.
