Soldermaster Extraordinaire Offline Posts: 4,529 Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Plymouth, MA, USA	03.31.2008, 08:20 PM Switching speed would be the sum of the on-state current rise/fall times. IE: Rise = 4uS, Fall = 3uS. Total = 7uS so 1S/7uS = 142857.blah blah blah which is about 142 kHz. Last edited by What's_nitro?; 03.31.2008 at 08:24 PM.
