I can attest to this, my MM with a neu 1515 and a novak hv6.5 both have pretty bad start-up cogging(can not nail it from the get go). But, I just put in a mega ACn car motor(4580kv) which is a 6 pole and can absolutely nail the throttle from a dead stop and have
no cogging at all. It runs as good as novak sensored motors and esc if not better(meaning more torque).
