RCM heatsink OD & Feigao disassembly

Howdy, couldn't find the answer with a search, so could someone tell me the widest point of the RCM heatsink? I want to know because I want to put a 9L in my rustler with the heatsink clamp, the rusty gearbox has that motor protector bit I'm overly keen to dremel away - I like it when my motor has protection!

Also, I found some ceramic 70,000rpm bearings for the Feigao motors, but how hard is it to disassemble the pressed endbell version to install them?
