help with timing on a Medusa 36-60-2000 v2

I have a Losi 8ight with:

-Esc: CC Mamba max
-Motor: Medusa 36-60-2000 v2
-Battery: Polyquest 4S 5000mah
-Gearing: 14/48
-CC BEC
-RCM battery tray and motormount

As the Medusa seems quite simular to the Neu, im woundering about the settings for the timing, should it be "0"? I now have it on default (10) and Punch control at (70) start power is default (Low)..... if i change the timing to 0, should i change something else? like punch control? start power?
