Well, I was playing around a lot and didn't find better way.
Also I was trying to keep everything on metal and as close to the center as possible. And be able to remove them quickly and be able to use cell equalizer as well.
So overall rear end is pretty balanced, front has 0.2lbs offset to the left. Total weight 8.2lbs. As for COG, I think it is not as good as with motor, but should be Ok, due to the fact that batteries mounted closer to the center.
