MMM V3 Updated to the latest version -

I just went to the newer software on my MMM V3 today so that I could try out if there was a difference. Updated and installed on my LSt2 and when I plug my Lipo batts, the wires that goes to the receiver burnt
 . It was working before I did this, anyone else have this problem? Thanks.
