13.2V at 4600mah equals a 4s2p setup. Thanks for clearing this up. A truggy should provide plenty of testing for those Lipo's. Just watch them on your first runs to make sure they aren't heating up excessively or puffing and they should be fine.

Personally I would stick to the 14T to start off and watch your temps. Use a temp gun for accurate reading also. Then based off the performance, gear up or down. You may find the need to up the center fluid to 10 or maybe even 20k fluid. Just pay attention to the front wheels unloading more than normal.

Also, I'm not sure of your intentions, but I wouldn't use that esc/motor if your looking for a speed demon. Like previously stated. I would stick to sub 40mph applications.
