Ok, I understand your A123 voltage, but are you running (2) 2s2p packs in series for a 4s2p combination? Or are you running 2s2p's in series to make 4s1p?

Also, if those lipo's are anywhere near the Zippy's in quality, you'll notice a huge difference over the A123's. Also be aware that the 4s lipo voltage is 14.8V where your A123's are 13.2. Besure to adjust you gearing accordingly.
