I've never tried to charge 4s at 7A. I got one 2s2p pack and ran it for several cycles, and then later got another 2s2p pack. Since they don't have the same number of cycles through them, I don't charge them together. Besides 2s2p is only 7.4v at 5.8Ah. I've heard you can charge emolis at more than 1c, but I'd rather not.
However, I HAVE charged my 14 cell GP3300 pack at as close to 7A as the charger will go before it hit the 120w limit with no problems.
